With each new development project, a project manager will be assigned to plan and ensure that deadlines are met for each stage of the development of your product. Their role is to

• organise the "brainstorming" and validate the initial feasibility of the project with the customer or his agent.
• share their expertise on products and materials.
• collaborate with approved suppliers (by the customer or Marvinpac)
• plan & make sure that all deadlines are met, and make regular progress reports to the customer.

To design your products, we realise a detailed functional breakdown of each element to initiate a value analysis and determine the manufacturing process, using the best materials and assembly methods. This step is essential to ensure the quality of the product both from an economic view as well as the functional and aesthetic aspect.

We then create together with you a project brief that indicates the unique characteristics of your product and the quality control procedures that will be put in place during the manufacturing process in order to comply with the indicated criteria. The project brief is also the link between the company and the client and defines clearly the responsibilities of each party indicating the acceptable critical flaws and defects by using as a reference the prototype for approval. Finally, the project brief defines the procedure for the acceptance of the finished product upon delivery.
