Marvinpac has a production facility among the most modern and efficient within the profession. Based on systematic work orders, we are able to manage production using three separate methods. The choice of production method is defined according to criteria such as product quality, ergonomics or economics. This broad spectrum of resources allows us to meet the expectations of our clients on a wide range of products.
- Manual: directed by an operator with dedicated tools
- Semi-automatic: directed by a machine, with human intervention for loading and unloading of components
- Automatic: directed by a machine without human intervention, including loading and unloading of components
We have a system of production management (ERP), which oversees step-by-step the operations. This system allows for increased traceability to be integrated. The result gives us greater control over all aspects of quality and productivity.
Our production areas -spread over several sites- can take into account large volumes at short notice and help us adapt our process methods efficiently. The production capacity is very flexible and can be increased to adapt quickly to market fluctuations or the needs of our customers.
