Quality Assurance
The methods of production and development of Marvinpac are certified ISO 22000 and HACCP.
The objective is to ensure the consistency and quality of our products, in line with customer expectations. The quality involves various aspects such as product control, traceability, safety, management procedures, claims processing and non-compliance, the establishment of corrective actions and everything that leads the company to continuous improvement. To achieve this objective, Marvinpac has acquired extensive qualification tools.
In practice at Marvinpac quality starts with the selection of raw materials and suppliers (product development), followed by the reception and quarantine of the goods waiting for quality control before being released for use. During daily production, various quality controls are carried out by operators and our quality controllers. This goes hand in hand with staff training in order to comply with good manufacturing practices and hygiene. At the end of production finished products are quarantined pending quality control before being released for storage and then shipment.
